Two generations of Egyptian kitchen tradition, shaped into a catering house for Alexandria and Cairo's most memorable occasions.
Bites by Amal Soultan grew out of a single conviction: that the recipes passed down through Egyptian households deserve a place at every table, served with the same care they'd receive at home.
What started with family gatherings in Alexandria grew, plate by plate, into a catering house trusted for weddings, corporate events, and everyday celebrations across both Alexandria and Cairo. Every kobeba, sambusak, and basbousa we serve still follows the same hand-folded, slow-cooked methods — because shortcuts were never the point.
Today, our kitchens carry that same standard forward: sourcing with intention, preparing by hand, and presenting every spread as if it were for our own family's table.
Three principles guide every order that leaves our kitchens — the same three words that built the brand.
Recipes rooted in Egyptian tradition, prepared the way they always have been.
Every guest treated like family — that's the standard, not the exception.
Thoughtful presentation and flawless execution, from the kitchen to the table.
Every recipe we serve carries a memory — a family meal, a holiday table, a moment someone wanted to last a little longer. My goal has always been to put that same feeling on every platter Bites sends out.
